@davidsk, @mkArtakMSFT, @danroth27 the Microsoft.Tpl.Dataflow exists (even if legacy) and I'm not aware of any security issues with that package or the specific version used in this repo. Let me know if this change is critical enough to merge given the guidance in our Readme. |

Replaced deprecated package with the successor package
